Warranty Policy
Peace of mind with every purchase. Products sold by CamperNV are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty as standard, and our team will help you if something goes wrong.
1. Authorised retailer
We sell as an authorised retailer for the brands we stock. That means warranties are valid and aftercare routes are genuine (no grey imports or shortcut stock).
2. What the warranty covers
Most products include at least a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against faults in materials or workmanship. Many brands offer longer cover, and some extend warranty if you register the product after purchase.
Warranties typically do not cover accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear. Some manufacturers may still offer paid repair or parts support outside warranty at their discretion.
3. Brand examples
Warranty length varies by brand and product line. Examples of common cover (always check the product page or ask us to confirm):
- Many awning brands: 12-24 months on manufacturing faults; some air-tube or registered products carry longer cover.
- Appliance and climate brands (e.g. Dometic-style ranges): often around 2 years on covered components.
- Portable power brands (e.g. EcoFlow-style ranges): commonly 2 years, sometimes extendable via registration.

4. How to make a claim
- Email info@campernv.com or call 0330 122 7773 with your order number, product details, a clear description of the fault, and photos or video if possible.
- We’ll advise whether the claim runs through CamperNV or directly with the manufacturer, and what evidence they need.
- Keep packaging and proof of purchase until the claim is resolved.
