Roof air conditioners fit a roof opening of a set size, and roof shape and thickness also matter. Check the dimensions in the specifications and the installation manual, and call us with your vehicle details if you are unsure.
What power does it need?
Check the input voltage and power figures in the specifications. Mains powered units need electric hook-up or a suitably sized generator or inverter system. Call 0330 122 7773 if you would like help planning your power supply.
Should it be professionally fitted?
Yes. We recommend installation by a qualified fitter, as it involves using or cutting a roof opening, sealing it properly and connecting the power supply.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Orders usually leave us within 1 to 3 working days and arrive within 2 to 5 working days in total. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly, please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering. We do not currently deliver online orders to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. Email us within 100 days of receiving your order and we will arrange the return and cover the postage. Items must be unused and in like-new condition with all original packaging. Items that have been fitted or installed cannot be returned.
